The Minton Tour
Starting off with my tour at the entrance, I walked in with exhilaration and curiosity as I was told Minton was an award winning condominium with spacious home and unique facilities. The moment I entered the condo, I was regaled by the design of this condo. With plenty of units and tall buildings within the compound, the condo is functionally designed. What I perceive about the units layout is that they are being laid out in a North South orientation, maximizing the windflow which will give you an airy environment.
The luxurious facilities are split into 3 zones, namely the Tranquil world, Fun world and Wellness World. Residents can indulge themselves in the tranquility of nature, enjoy family fun as well as rejuvenate the body and the mind for relaxation.
The extensive facilities that are strategically built around the development looked exceptionally engaging, piquing my curiosity and excitement to explore.

I was impressed to find that there is actually a mini mart at the clubhouse by the main entrance. It definitely brings a lot of convenience to the residents!
The Minton clubhouse is one of the largest clubhouse I’ve seen in a condominium. I was thoroughly impressed by the number of the dedicated rooms for various activities for family bonding.

What’s more, the top level of the grand clubhouse offers a viewing deck that allows you to view the entire Fun World with a peaceful ambience for you to relax and chill.

Next, I toured the Fun World where the main pool is situated, the whopping pool is surrounded by dining pavilions and BBQ pits. Speaking about pools, there is also a 50m lap pool and a 20m heated swimming pool which are part of Wellness World

Stretching across the main pool is a sizeable water playground. More than just the run-of-the-mill water slides, there were webs and even a carousel in the water playground! Its truly a fantasy playground for kids.

Standing out among the numerous sports facilities in the huge condo compound is a beautiful cocoon-shaped, glass-clad dome that houses a badminton court. The dome is fitted with parquet flooring, and can double up as an ideal venue for yoga lessons or for various other work out exercises.

While touring the compound, I was impressed by the architectural beauty of the contemporary link bridges linking the different levels in this development.

Lifts which read “ Strictly for Female Users Only” and “Strictly for Male Users Only” piqued my interest. I entered the lift and it took me to the sky terraces where they had a designated gym, onsen spa and wellness facilities.
